During the COVID-19 pandemic, Suman Roy's strategic marketing initiatives and adept liaison efforts facilitated the administration of 1.5 million COVID tests across India, generating impressive revenue exceeding INR 450 crore.​


  • Radio City 91.1 FM:

Suman's innovative approach led to the creation and execution of multiple intellectual properties, notably the Gully Premier League (GPL) and Super Singer. The inaugural season of GPL received an overwhelming response, with over 7,000 team entries across seven cities. This initiative not only elevated the station's brand recognition but also translated into significant advertisement sales revenue over six years. ​ 


  • Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM:​ 

Suman played a pivotal role in devising the initial video content strategy, overseeing the planning and execution of integrated campaigns for movie promotions and branded content. Under his guidance, Radio Mirchi expanded its digital footprint, achieving a 150% growth in YouTube subscribers, totalling over 7 million across various channels. This strategic shift contributed to substantial business growth, with the company licensing original content to multiple platforms, including national OTT players.
